Women's health is a complex physiological whole in which cellular and folate metabolism, hormonal and reproductive function, cellular energetics, antioxidant mechanisms and the circadian rhythm are intertwined. At the centre of cellular energetics are the mitochondria, cell structures responsible for producing energy and maintaining the cell's energy metabolism. Their normal functioning is especially important for cells and tissues with high energy needs, including those related to female reproductive function. It is on this broader physiological perspective that MelaFositol® was developed, an advanced, scientifically designed, new-generation nutritional concept.

MelaFositol® was not created as yet another classic vitamin supplement in a sea of products on the market. Its design rests on a different, modern and integrated approach: not only to provide individual nutritional components, but to connect their physiological roles in one carefully designed formula. The concept was developed to unite cellular and folate metabolism, reproductive physiology, cellular energetics, antioxidant mechanisms and the circadian rhythm in one integrated nutritional whole.

The Brain–Ovary Connection

FERTILITY BEGINS IN THE BRAIN

Meet the two hormones that control fertility: FSH and LH

Brain

The brain is the centre that controls fertility.

Pituitary

The pituitary, a small gland at the base of the brain, secretes two main hormones: FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone). These hormones communicate with the ovaries during every menstrual cycle, signalling when a follicle should mature and when ovulation takes place, and coordinating the normal functioning of the hormonal cycle.

FSH + LH

FSH and LH are the main hormones that control the maturation of egg cells, ovulation and the coordination of the hormonal cycle. Yet many women do not know how important their role is.

Follicle

FSH helps the ovaries develop follicles in a healthy way (and the egg cell that will mature).

Egg cell

Support for the cellular and metabolic processes important for the development of the follicle and the egg cell.

Ovulation

LH triggers ovulation, the important moment when the egg cell is released.

FSH and LH are key hormones in the regulation of ovarian function. MelaFositol® does not replace these hormones and does not act as hormone therapy; it provides nutritional support to the processes they are linked to. MelaFositol® does not focus only on FSH, LH or the ovaries, it looks at the process as a whole.

The magic is in the pairing

Not four ingredients. One gentle harmony.

MelaFositol is more than the sum of its parts. Each ingredient helps the next one shine, so together they care for you far better than any could alone. Watch them come into bloom.

MTHFR · 5-MTHF

MTHFR (genetic mutation) AND 5-MTHF (methylated folate): WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR FOLATE METABOLISM?

Ordinary folic acid
needs MTHFR conversionactive folate
5-MTHF
unaffected by MTHFR variants, absorbed directlyactive folate

Folate metabolism is a complex biochemical process in which the MTHFR (methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase) enzyme plays a significant role. MTHFR variants are widespread in the population. The most common variants, such as C677T and A1298C, occur with considerable frequency, and according to the World Health Organization their prevalence varies between 40% and 60% of the world population. That is why, in developing MelaFositol®, special attention was given to choosing 5-MTHF, the methylated, active form of folate, which is a directly usable form in folate metabolism. Unlike ordinary folic acid, 5-MTHF does not require conversion through the MTHFR enzyme to form 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, because it is itself 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the active form of folate that circulates in the blood and takes part in folate metabolism.

The choice of 5-MTHF, methylated folate, in MelaFositol® is based on its high bioavailability and its direct involvement in folate metabolism. Folate contributes to normal cell division and normal homocysteine metabolism, which makes it an important part of the integrated MelaFositol® concept.

PREVENTIVE SUPPORT FOR WOMEN'S REPRODUCTIVE AND GENERAL HEALTH

MelaFositol® can also be used preventively, as part of comprehensive care for women's reproductive and general health.

Preventive use can be part of the care of women who want to pay greater attention to conditions and disorders often associated with women's reproductive and general health, such as:

Hormonal imbalancePolycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)All types of cystsFibroidsMenstrual irregularitiesInsulin resistanceEndometriosisDisorders related to reproductive functionPerimenopause / Menopause

RAW MATERIALS OF A HIGH DEGREE OF PURITY AND CONTROLLED QUALITY

The quality of a formula begins with the quality of its raw materials. That is why, in developing MelaFositol®, the focus was placed on selecting high-quality, pure and controlled raw materials, with attention to:

  • The identity of the active component
  • The degree of purity
  • Stability
  • Consistency
  • Traceability
  • Quality control.

QUALITY IS NOT ONLY IN THE QUANTITY.

QUALITY IS ALSO IN THE SOURCE, THE FORM AND THE CONTROL OF THE RAW MATERIAL.

MelaFositol® was developed as part of a broader approach to women's reproductive and general health. The formula is intended as nutritional support in the context of:

  • Reproductive health
  • The period before conception
  • Normal function of the ovaries
  • Cellular and metabolic support
  • Needs related to folate nutrition
  • A normal sleep and wake cycle
  • The overall nutritional approach to women's health.

MelaFositol® is not just another vitamin product, it is based on a different principle:

Carefully selected, scientifically proven components.

Instead of a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals that are often already present in a varied diet, the formula targets specific nutritional components chosen for their physiological role and their place in the integrated formulation concept.

Directions for use and recommendations:

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass with 100–150 ml of water and drink once a day, 30 minutes before bedtime in the evening.

  • The product should be taken regularly, including during menstruation, without interruption.
  • There is no time limit for use. The product should be taken continuously, without breaks, until the desired results are achieved.
